1. Product Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your product, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund:

  • Exchange: We will arrange for an exchange of the defective or damaged item, and cover the return shipping costs.

3. Course Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all courses, ensuring that you’re fully satisfied with your learning experience:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of your course purchase. The course should not be substantially accessed or completed. Please refer to the Student Agreement for full details.

4. Course Kits

If you purchase a course that includes a kit, please note the following:

  • Cooling-off Period: Kits will be shipped after the 3-day cooling-off period for course enrolments.
  • Non-returnable: Once opened, course kits are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. In that case, please follow the instructions for defective or damaged products.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Custom or personalised items.
  • Course kits (once opened).
  • Digital courses once substantial progress has been made.
