Welcome to the Elite Nail Academy! By accessing or using our website, services, and products, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 1. General Information

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website will include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as required by Australian law.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other third-party payment processors. All transactions are securely handled by these providers.
By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method.
Payment Plans are available for certain courses and products. Full payment details and schedules are provided at checkout, and it is your responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.

3. Course Enrolment and Access

Upon successful enrolment, you will gain access to the selected course materials. Courses are non-transferable and intended solely for the registered student.
All courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions outlined in the Student Agreement. If you are unsatisfied with the course and meet the eligibility criteria, you may request a refund within 30 days.
After the 3-day cooling-off period, your course kit will be dispatched. Once opened, kits are non-returnable.
Course content remains accessible even after completion, allowing you to revisit materials as needed.

4. Product Orders

All product orders placed before 2:30pm on a business day will be shipped the same day, unless purchased with a course (in which case the kit will be shipped after the 3-day cooling-off period).
Pre-orders: If you purchase a pre-order item, the expected shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.
While we strive to send all items in one package, some products may be shipped separately depending on size, weight, or availability. We will provide tracking information for each shipment.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries. If there are additional shipping costs based on your location, we will notify you before proceeding with the order. If you do not agree to the additional fees, you will receive a full refund.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Address Changes: You may change your shipping address before 2:30pm on the day of purchase by contacting our customer support team. After this time, changes may not be possible.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Product Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Exchanges: If an item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same product. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange the exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.
Course Kits: Kits purchased with courses are non-returnable once opened. Please refer to the course-specific refund policy outlined in the Student Agreement.

7. Refund Policy

Courses: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all courses, subject to conditions. Refunds will only be granted if requested within 30 days of purchase and if the student has not accessed a significant portion of the course. Please review the full refund policy in the Student Agreement.
Products: Refunds for returned products will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property: Trademarks and Copyright

All content on the Elite Nail Academy website, including but not limited to course materials, videos, graphics, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Elite Nail Academy and is protected by copyright law and trademark law.
The use of our trademarks, logos, or any other proprietary material without express written consent is prohibited.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any of the content from our website or courses without our prior written permission.
Enrolling in a course does not grant ownership of any course material; it provides a license for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality education and products, Elite Nail Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses or products.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as success in nail artistry or business depends on individual effort and application.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We use secure third-party payment processors, and Elite Nail Academy does not store your credit card information.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
